Account deletion

This page lets you request deletion of an Archaeo account and data associated with the mobile app.

Select the relevant game in the form so the request can be directed to the correct data.

What is deleted

After verifying the request, we delete the information that identifies the account and game data associated with the provided address.

Account identity and associated email address.
Messages, feedback, or support requests about the game, if you sent any.
Progress or support data linked to the account, when it exists.

Timeline and retention

Requests are processed within 30 days maximum. Some technical traces may be retained temporarily when needed for security, abuse prevention, or a legal obligation.

Already anonymized statistics cannot identify a player and are not linked to a personal account.

To protect accounts, deletion starts only after the email is received and the relevant address is vérified.
